Ann MarieAnn Marie Krautheim, who has led the 3-A-Day of Dairy for Stronger Bones nutrition education program, heads National Dairy Council/DMI’s strategy to build a positive health and wellness environment for dairy products and ingredients. She also leads the dairy industry’s involvement in the Nutrient Rich Foods Coalition.







Gwen BargetzGwen Bargetzi’s tenure with New Zealand Milk Products (NZMP) brought clarity and direction to the company’s North American communications and she assisted the brand’s evolution to Fonterra in 2000. In 2002, Bargetzi moved to ad agency Armstrong Associates as executive-level planner for clients’ marketing communications and in 2004, she joined Hilmar Ingredients.







Grace HarrisGrace Harris began her career with positions at Beringer, Mondavi and Christian Brothers wine companies. Harris moved on to become senior food scientist with NZMP, now Fonterra, where she focused on development of new functional proteins and nutrition bar technology. In 2001, Harris joined Proliant Dairy Ingredients, which was purchased by Hilmar Cheese Company in 2004 and became Hilmar Ingredients.
