New, Improved and Natural Dyes and Pigments

"Natural" ranked first on new food and drink launches in 2008, according to the Mintel Global New Products Database, which says "Natural" claims appeared on nearly a quarter of last year's product introductions—a trend that shows no sign of abating. These products require natural colorants to provide eye-catching appeal and visual quality that preserve the natural focus.
