Van Drunen Farms is a grower and primary processor of culinary, all-natural and functional food ingredients. It grows fruit, vegetables, herbs and other specialty items that come in a variety of ingredient forms (i.e. diced, powder, sliced, whole). Van Drunen’s product line includes fruits (i.e., acai, apple, lime, grape, blueberry, banana, cherries and more), vegetables (i.e., broccoli, celery, corn, mushrooms, onion, peppers and more), herbs (i.e., basil, chives, garlic, cilantro, ginger, oregano and more) and other specialty items in a variety of forms (i.e., freeze-dried, drum-dried, low-moisture and IQF specialty products).
