Ocean Spray is an agricultural cooperative owned by cranberry growers throughout North America Ocean Spray’s ingredients can be used in a range of applications, including baking (i.e., cranberry puree and sweetened dried cranberries in bread and cookies), dairy (i.e., for cranberry fruit preps used in yogurt and ice cream), cereals and bars (i.e., sweetened dried cranberries for cereal bars and cereals), beverages (i.e., cranberry concentrate, juice and powder for smoothies, nectars and not-from-concentrate juice drinks) and cranberry powder for use in dietary supplements to support urinary tract, gastrointestinal and heart health.
