Wixon Names New Blending Supervisors

ST. FRANCIS, Wis.—James Moe and Brendan “Denny" Terrazas have been named blending supervisors at Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors, ingredients, and consumer products for the food and beverage industry. 

As a first shift blending supervisor, Moe ensures compliance with food safety and quality requirements.  He is responsible for daily safety audits and shift meetings to verify safety precautions and quality control procedures.

Prior to joining Wixon, Moe was a supervisor at Kerry Ingredients in Sturtevant, Wis.  He completed supervisory and management training at Rock Valley College in Rockford, Ill., and Blackhawk Technical College in Beloit, Wis.

As a second shift blending supervisor, Terrazas also oversees safety and quality control.  He ensures that employees use personal protection equipment, comply with federal regulations, and follow proper manufacturing practices.

Before he came to Wixon, Terrazas was a production supervisor at Amalga Composites in West Allis, Wis.  He attended Bryant and Stratton College in Milwaukee, obtaining a degree in business management.
