WASHINGTON—The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) has released its annual Dairy Facts 2011 book that provides a comprehensive overview of 2010 sales, consumption and production data for the dairy foods industry, and offers a comprehensive summary of the industry's overall health and dairy trends.
The 107-page book, which is available in print or PDF format, contains statistics on the sales, consumption and production of milk, cheese, cultured products and ice cream products, including total and per capita trends in imports and exports, wholesale and retail prices, nutrition information and more.
