OMAHA, Neb.—Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings announced that Elaine McGlynn has joined the Research, Quality and Innovation team as Senior Principal Development Scientist, located in Cranbury, N. J. McGlynn will be responsible for the flavor development of customer-driven projects, as well as flavor internalization to support internal ConAgra Foods’ initiatives.
McGlynn most recently worked at Ottens Flavors in Philadelphia, Pa. as Senior Flavorist. She has extensive sweet flavor development experience for nutrition bars, baked goods, cereals, dairy, confectionery and beverage products. She is highly proficient in technical support, flavor/product demonstrations and project collaboration. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University and is a certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists.
