PARMA, Italy—The International Dairy Federation and Dairy Innovation magazine announced the winners of the 2011 IDF Dairy Innovation Awards today during the IDF World Dairy Summit in Parma. There were more than 100 entries from 25 countries in 14 categories ranging from products, to packaging, marketing and environmental sustainability.
Tate & Lyle sponsored the Brands and Products categories, and the judging panel selected the finalists and winners in August.
