E.coli-Tainted Beef Shipped to Restaurants in CA, NV

WASHINGTON—USDA FSIS issued a Class I recall of 377,775 lbs. of ground beef products produced by Commercial Meat Co., Los Angeles. Routine FSIS monitoring confirmed a positive result for E.coli O157:H7. The company did not hold product pending test results, resulting in this recall.

The beef products were shipped to restaurants in California and Nevada. As of this writing, no illnesses have been reported.
