ERLANGER, Ky.—Floral flavors have hit the mainstream, according to WILD Flavors, Inc. In response to what it sees as a growing trend, the company has developed a range of new botanical flavors, including Jasmine, Mimosa, Lavender, Iris, Cherry Blossom, Rose, Orange Blossom, Hibiscus, Chamomile and Chrysanthemum.

All the floral flavors marry well with an array of fruit and spice flavors, the company says, and are suitable for use in both food and beverage applications, including teas, functional beverages, energy drinks, juices, waters, confectionery, desserts and culinary applications.
