LOUISVILLE, Ky.—D.D. Williamson’s annual Natural Coloring Competition for Students is underway. All current members of the IFT Student Association are eligible to enter the 2011-2012 competition. Winners will be selected in two categories: Food Application and Beverage Application. Abstract submissions are due by November 14, 2011, and winners will be announced by April 15, 2012.
The two winners will receive a domestic (U.S.) trip to the 2012 IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo, June 25-28, 2012, in Las Vegas, and their project posters will be displayed in the D.D. Williamson booth at the IFT Food Expo.
