Denali Ingredients, LLC expanded its ice cream ingredient offerings with the introduction of a new line of extruded products, adding brownie bits, cookie dough pieces and cheesecake pieces.
Denali invested more than $3.5 million to develop the necessary production equipment used in making its new extruded products. This is in addition to a $2 million expansion last summer that increased raw ingredients storage capabilities by 80 percent and included construction of a state-of-the-art pilot lab to allow customers to run simulated production in “miniature” scale to better test concepts before going into full production.
