Purac Raises Ingredient Pricing

GORINCHEM, The Netherlands—Purac announced an increase to its prices by 0.10-0.15 EUR/kg due to the steep increase of carbohydrate prices, mainly sugar and tapioca starch. The new sales price is effective Feb. 1, 2010, and will be applied globally on all product ranges derived from sugar and tapioca starch.
