WASHINGTON—Meatingplace is reporting that the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) extended the comment period on its supplemental proposed rule "Nutrition Labeling of Single-Ingredient Products and Ground or Chopped Meat and Poultry Products" for 30 days, until March 18.
