U.S. Blocks COOL Review

GENEVA—Reuters reported that the United States blocked requests from Canada and Mexico to have Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) rules reviewed by the World Trade Organization's dispute settlement body. Both countries contend COOL is negatively impacting their meat exports.
