AVIGNON, France and VALENCIA, Spain—Natraceutical Group’s Ingredients Division will integrate its ingredients into Naturex’s line, creating an independent company of natural specialty ingredients.
With a product portfolio that includes nutraceutical ingredients, flavoring, preservative and extracts on Naturex’s side, and natural colors, fruit and vegetable powders, pectins, functional ingredients, yeasts and caffeine from Natraceutical’s ingredients division, the new company will have production sites in Europe, the United States, Morocco, Australia and Brazil and own sales offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
The company will operate under Naturex management, headed by Jacques Dikansky, chairman and CEO of the company.
