ST. FRANCIS, Wis. – Wixon was named to the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce/Council of Small Business Executives (MMAC/COSBE) Future 50, which recognizes 50 privately owned companies in southeastern Wisconsin that have shown significant revenue and employment growth.

“We position ourselves as a value-added partner, which has contributed to our significant growth,” said Peter Gottsacker, Wixon’s president. “One of our key strengths is our employee family. We value our employees and recognize that our company’s success is based on our team’s commitment to quality and service at every level.”

Earlier this year, Wixon opened a $2.5 million state-of-the-art Innovations Center for Culinary & Meat Processing, designed to offer customers the latest in testing, new product development, demonstrations, and prototype food products.
