WASHINGTON—The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will hold two public meetings to explain the requirements of the final rule for prevention of Salmonella Enteritidis in shell eggs during production, storage and transportation.
The first meeting is Sept. 30 from 1-5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, Ill., 60601. Sept. 21 is the closing date for advance registration and requests for special accommodations due to disability. The second meeting is Nov. 5 from 1-5 p.m. at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel, 210 Peachtree Street, N.W., Atlanta, Ga., 30303. Oct. 26 is the closing date for advance registration and requests for special accommodations due to disability.
