The Cranberry World Summit will play host to two highly regarded independent speakers—Lee Linthicum, head of food research at Euromonitor International and Jeffrey Blumberg, Ph.D., senior scientist and director at the Antioxidant Research Laboratory, at Tufts University, Boston. Professor Blumberg will first outline the connection between diet and health and explain how the industry can translate scientific knowledge into general understanding. Linthicum from Euromonitor will then give a market intelligence overview and highlight opportunities for new product development. Both sessions will be followed by a live Q&A, in which attendees can pose questions to the speakers directly.
