GARNER, N.C.—The Associated Press is reporting breaking news that three people are missing and 20 have been taken to hospitals after an explosion at a Slim Jim meat products plant in North Carolina. The plant employs several hundred people; there have been reports of an explosion before the building partially collapsed.
