Niutang to Expand Sucralose Capacity

BREA, Calif.—Niutang Chemical plans to expand its sucralose capacity to 500 metric tons, from 300 metric tons, by 2012. The company also has the ability to expand its sucralose capacity to 1,000 metric tons by 2014.

“Due to our growing customer base worldwide for Niutang Sucralose, we recently completed expansion of our sucralose capacity to 300 metric tons,” said Licheng Wang Jr., General Manager of Niutang Chemical. “We are proactively planning for future expansions to ensure that we are able to meet the sucralose needs of the global marketplace.”
