PHOENIX – The newly redesigned Web site for Food Product Design magazine, FoodProductDesign.com, launched on Friday. The new Web site offers many of the same free features as the previous version; however, Virgo Publishing has restructured the navigation for a more user-friendly experience, updated the look and added new “Business Issues,” “Applications” and “Ingredients” sections.
“We streamlined the navigation and have created a Web site where busy food and beverage professionals have a convenient, easy-to-use resource to find the information they need," said Peggy Jackson, Director of Publishing for the Health & Nutrition Division at Virgo Publishing. “Visitors will especially find the improved Buyer’s Guide, one of the most popular sections on the site, and site search functions even more helpful than before.”
FoodProductDesign.com currently receives approximately 130,000 page views monthly (web traffic verified by Omniture Site Catalyst). Site features include: daily news postings, a Buyer’s Guide, new ingredients, Webinar series and eBook series, blogs written by industry experts, extensive article archives, RSS feeds, digital edition, weekly e-newsletter, SupplySide East and West trade show and conference updates, and much more.
