ST. FRANCIS, Wis.—Wixon, Inc., a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and ingredients for the food and beverage industry, was awarded a “Superior” rating for its Food Safety and Quality systems from American Institute for Baking (AIB).
The AIB’s audit thoroughly evaluated Wixon’s quality system and food safety program. Effective for one year, the “Superior” designation is the highest rating achievable by the AIB’s independent and comprehensive auditing system.
