NEW YORK—Rice may cause infants to have worse allergies than cow’s milk or soy, Bloomberg reported. According to the news source, “rice, generally considered a low-allergen cereal that settles the stomach, triggered food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome in more infants than either cow or soy milk, according to a review of cases at Sydney's The Children's Hospital at Westmead.”
