Omega-3s Prevent Memory Loss, Reduce Stroke Risk

LONDON─Eating fatty fish such as tuna may help prevent memory loss and reduce the risk of stroke, a new study found. According to the study, eating baked or broiled fish high in omega-3s has been found to decrease “silent” brain lesions that can cause memory loss, dementia and stroke.
