HORSHOLM, Denmark—Chr. Hansen opened the world’s largest dairy culture plant on September 18. The facility will be responsible for producing dairy cultures to cover the total yogurt production in Europe. The new 50 million euro plant, which only took 15 months to build, is the company's largest.
