Virgo Publishing, Phoenix, announced the latest additions to the agenda at SupplySide East, April 28 to 30 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, Secaucus, NJ.

The Education Program, sponsored by EPAX, features accomplished researchers, top government officials and industry leaders. Recent additions include:

  • Commander Joseph Hibbeln, M.D., Acting Chief of the Section of Nutritional Neurosciences at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) for the National Institutes of Health, will present “Omega-3 EFA Deficiencies: Quantifying Hidden Impacts in Neurodevelopment and Mental Health”;
  • Paul Gross, Ph.D., author of Wolfberry: Nature’s Bounty of Health and Nutrition, will present “Deciphering Superfruits and Their Future Market Impact”;
  • Clayton Ajello, Ph.D., Managing Partner, Inlexo, will examine the state of global malnutrition and how the industry can play a role.

Speakers from the Drexel University, Georgetown University Medical Center, Innova Market Insights, Laval University, The Natural Marketing Institute, University of Colorado Denver & Health Sciences Center and many other leading organizations will present in the three-day education program.
