Food as Art
With reports surfacing that food purchases are lagging in a number of areas, it might behoove us to find alternate uses for our foods. Or, as Monty Python would say: “And now for something completely different.”
Since many chefs consider food an art, why not real art? Does anyone remember the calendars sent out by the company formerly known as Warner Jenkinson with landscapes featuring ice cream
