New Food Labels Make It Difficult to Make Better Choices

Today’s consumers are more health conscious than ever and are making the effort to read food labels so they can make better choices at the grocery store. However, many are struggling to decipher the various food-rating systems. A recent article in the Chicago Tribune examined five new programs designed to single out healthy foods that either are in use across the country or are expected to launch in the next few months.
